Attention MCA Athletes! MCA and Redline Athletics are excited to announce a new team Spring Sports Performance Training Program designed to help Maranatha athletes and teams separate themselves from the competition. Built on an elite training model, the program focuses on developing explosive power, game-changing speed, and next-level agility that directly translates to on-field performance.
Our athletes will train with purpose through structured, progressive programming that emphasizes proper movement mechanics, strength development, and competitive intensity. Whether preparing for the Spring season or aiming to reach a higher performance ceiling, this program gives athletes the tools, coaching, and environment needed to gain a real edge when it matters most.

Redline Athletics coaches bring decades of combined experience in youth athletic development, sports performance, and strength and conditioning. Our team includes certified specialists who have trained athletes from the youth level to the NCAA and professional ranks.
Our performance curriculum has been developed in collaboration with collegiate and professional sports performance experts, ensuring every workout reflects the same principles used at the highest levels of competition — adapted to be safe, age-appropriate, and effective for youth athletes.
Each session integrates:
- Dynamic warm-ups and movement prep to teach coordination and control
- Strength and power training for improved performance and injury resistance
- Speed, agility, and reaction training to enhance sport-specific quickness
- Mobility and recovery protocols for long-term athletic health

Our approach goes beyond traditional conditioning. Through structured, science-backed training, student-athletes learn how to move efficiently, build strength safely, and develop speed, power, and agility — all while reducing the risk of overuse and sport-related injuries.
The results: stronger, faster, more confident athletes who are better prepared to perform and stay healthy throughout their athletic careers.

Team Training at Redline
Through our partnership, Redline Athletics offers team-based performance training designed specifically for MCA athletic teams. Each session blends age-appropriate strength and conditioning with sport-specific movement, teamwork, and leadership development — all grounded in Christian values.
Team training provides athletes with the opportunity to grow together, both physically and spiritually. As teammates push one another through challenging workouts, they also learn to encourage, lead, and serve — reflecting Christ in the way they compete and support each other.
