Tim Gill is entering his first season as an assistant coach for the Mustangs. He is honored and humbled to serve as the new Head Junior Varsity Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at MCA. He is truly excited to join such an amazing community and to be part of a program that values faith, character, and excellence both on and off the court.

Tim’s walk with Christ began six years ago when he made the decision to let the Lord guide every aspect of his life. He views this new opportunity as a clear part of God’s plan for his continued growth as a servant leader.

He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has had the blessing of living in 12 states and 4 countries. These experiences have allowed him to learn from diverse cultures and to serve others with compassion and understanding. Tim sees basketball as a powerful vessel—one that enables him to build meaningful relationships with young people, helping them grow not only as athletes but as individuals rooted in faith and integrity.

• 4 years as a Professional Basketball Player

• Division I Athlete

• 5 years of Coaching Experience — 2 internationally, 3 as an AAU Head Coach

• 5 years of Mentoring Youth & Training Athletes in elite basketball development
