The Mustangs had a phenomenal 2024-25 season as they secured their first Skyline Conference Championship since 2019 and made a run in the Section 5AA Tournament. As the #4 seed, they received a first-round bye and had a quarterfinal game at home against #5 Southwest Christian who they defeated 69-61. The win advanced them to the semifinals at Minnehaha Academy against the top team in the state and the #1 seed in the section, Providence Academy. The Mustangs kept it close in the first half, but Providence kicked it into another gear in the second half. The Mustangs fell short 67-94 to end their run in the section tournament and finish the season with an overall record of 22-4.

Zaniah Hunter, Olivia Lanari, and Heather Sheehy were named to the Skyline All-Conference Team, while Greta Eaves and Avery Lanari were named Skyline All-Conference Honorable Mention.

Junior team captain Olivia Lanari was named the Skyline Conference Player of the Year! She was a huge reason for the success of the Mustangs this season and was a leader on and off the court.

Oliva led the team with 351 rebounds, 153 assists, 218 steals, and 65 blocks and was third on the team with 343 points.

She looks forward to returning next year as a senior with all her teammates as they will attempt to build upon their success from this past season.
