Robert McCray is entering his second season as an assistant coach for the Mustangs. He has been coaching AAU basketball for 8 years and has won state championships at a variety of age levels. He has also coached for the Junior NBA and MCA middle school.

As a head coach, his purpose is to cultivate a culture with PMA, discipline, all in attitude, and camaraderie. He strives to enhance athletic skills but also to impart life lessons that extend beyond the court, fostering character, leadership, and a lifelong love of the game.
