Justin Phad is back for his twelfth season at the helm of the Mustang Cross Country program. With over 12 years of dedicated experience in coaching Cross Country, Phad has cultivated a passion for developing athletes not only in their physical abilities but also in their mental and spiritual growth. His journey in coaching has been marked by a commitment to treating all athletes equally, ensuring that each individual feels valued and supported in their pursuit of excellence.

Phad’s coaching philosophy centers on the holistic development of each athlete. He believes that true growth occurs when we focus on three key areas:

• Mental Growth: He strives to instill resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset in athletes. By fostering a supportive environment, he encourages them to embrace challenges and learn from setbacks.
• Physical Development: He emphasizes the importance of proper training techniques, nutrition, and recovery strategies. His goal is to help athletes reach their peak performance while prioritizing their health and well-being.

Throughout his coaching career, Phad looks to continue to grow the Cross Country program, attracting new talent and fostering a sense of community among athletes.
